Cancellations/ No Show Policy

Same Day Cancellation fee: $75 (within 3 hours prior to confirmed appointment)
*Cancellation fee will be charged if we are unable to complete the closing ceremony due to the following: signer missed appointment, documents are missing/incorrect, signer declines to move forward, redraw required, etc.

*If a signer is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment there will be a late fee assessed of an additional $15.00. If the signer is more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a same day cancellation and we will work to reschedule you. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Client Initiated Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel their scheduled online notarization appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours before the appointed time. Cancellations made with a notice of 24 hours or more will be eligible for a full refund of the notarization fee.

  2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered as late cancellations. In such cases, the client will not be eligible for a refund of the notarization fee.

No Show Policy:

  1. Client No Show: If a client fails to attend the scheduled online notarization appointment without any prior notice or communication, it will be considered a "No Show." In the event of a No Show, the client will not be eligible for a refund of the notarization fee.

Refund Policy:

  1. Failed Notarization Attempt: In the rare event that the online notarization process cannot be completed successfully due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances on our end, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the notarization fee. We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment at the client's convenience, or they may choose to seek notarization from another authorized source at no additional cost.

  2. Notarization Rejection: If, for any legal or regulatory reasons, we are unable to notarize the documents presented by the client, and the notarization is rejected, the client will be eligible for a full refund of the notarization fee.

 

Additional Information 

General Notes:

  1. All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via our online platform or by contacting our customer support team.

  2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method provided by the client at the time of booking.

  3. The client must ensure that all documents presented for notarization are valid and meet the necessary legal requirements. Failure to provide appropriate documents may result in the rejection of the notarization, and no refund will be provided.

  4. In case of technical issues from the client's end, such as internet connectivity problems, device malfunction, or software compatibility, it is the client's responsibility to address these issues. Our notary public will make reasonable attempts to assist with technical challenges but cannot be held responsible for client-related technical problems.

  5. Our online notarization service operates within the boundaries of the law and regulations set forth by the appropriate authorities. If any changes in regulations occur after the notarization process has been completed, it will not be our responsibility to provide a refund or amend the notarization.
